1. What Spacelab Station is

Spacelab Station ("the Archive," "we," "us") is a subscription publication combining speculative xenobiology content, astrobiology mission tracking, and an index of United States government records released under the PURSUE program. Free and paid tiers are described in full on the site's Access page.

2. Speculative content

Catalogue entries, habitat diagrams, and dossiers describing hypothetical organisms are original speculative works. They are not scientific claims, and no statement on this site should be read as evidence that extraterrestrial life has been found. Where an entry draws on real mission data, the factual basis is stated; the organism itself is not.

3. Government records

Materials from the PURSUE program and related federal releases are United States government works and are in the public domain. They are freely available at war.gov/ufo without a subscription. What a Spacelab Station subscription provides is organization, cross-referencing, and original analysis of that material — not the material itself, which no one can own.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the rate shown at signup until cancelled.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• You can cancel at any time from the Billing link in your account. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for; we do not prorate partial months.
• Prices may change with notice. Changes apply to your next billing cycle, not to a period already paid.
• The Deep Black tier is limited to a stated number of active seats. Once filled, new signups are placed on a waiting list until a seat opens.

5. Refunds

Charges are generally final once a billing period begins, reflecting that content unlocked for that period cannot be "returned." If something went wrong with a charge — a duplicate, a billing error, an accidental signup — contact us and we will look at it individually. This section does not override any refund right you have under the law of your jurisdiction.

6. Account and access

Access is tied to the email address on your subscription and is for your personal use. Sharing a login to give unpaid third parties access to sealed content is a breach of these terms and may result in the subscription being suspended.

7. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, systematically download for redistribution, or use automated tools to copy sealed content beyond ordinary personal reading and reference. Government-sourced material may of course be obtained directly from its original government source without restriction.

8. No warranty

The Archive is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and speculative content is offered for its interest and entertainment value, not as scientific or investment advice of any kind.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the Archive changes. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
